4:15-5:15 PM: Set Up
5:15 PM: Cooks Meeting
5:30 PM: Light the Stoves
6:00-8:00 PM: Serve the Public
7:30 PM: Turn in Chili to Judge's Table
7:45 PM: Judging
8:15 PM: Awards Ceremony
8:30-8:45 PM: Clean Up
Bring everything you need to the event. Extension cords, tables, etc. They will not be provided for you.
Sample cups and napkins will be provided.
Two ounce cups must be provided as a sample.
Donation bins will be set up at each table. All donations will go to the Kevin Gobrecht Scholarship Fund.
Selling is welcome.
Awards: 1st - $500, 2nd - $200, 3rd - $100
