BANNERS & SIGNS

We encourage you to bring banners and signs to cheer for your favorite driver, however the banner/sign must be in "good taste" and not obstruct the view of your fellow fans.

CAMPING

Overnight camping will be permitted in designated areas of the speedway (parking lot across the street from speedway). Campfires must be confined to a fire ring. Please contact the Speedway Offices for more details or questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten rain checks/arm bands.

CONCESSIONS

You'll want to wait to eat until you get to the speedway, as we will have great food at affordable "family" prices. Concession stands are located behind the main grandstand and at either side of the grandstands.

CREDIT CARDS/ATM

Credit/debit cards are accepted for grandstand ticket purchases, concessions, and the novelty stand. There is a $1 processing charge per credit card transaction. There is atm on site for your convenience.

COUPONS & VOUCHERS

Coupons and Local Flavor Vouchers will not be honored for the following 2023 dates: March 26, April 16, April 30, May 13, May 21, June 1, June 16, June 17, June 25, July 19, August 27, September 9, September 23, October 21, November 11.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have a question and don't know who to ask, please see any speedway employee in a "staff" shirt and they will be happy to help you. If they can't help you, they will at least point you in the right direction.

DRINKS

Water, Coffee, 20oz Coke products, Monster Energy Drinks.

EMERGENCIES

Report ALL emergencies to the nearest speedway employee in a staff shirt or a security guard.

FAN CONDUCT

As a family-oriented facility, fans using abusive or profane language will be escorted from the speedway property without refund. Also fans who are deemed intoxicated will be removed as well. Please report any disturbance to the nearest uniformed employee or security guard.

FAN MAIL

If you want to send a particular driver or staff member a letter, simply address it to BAPS Motor Speedway, Attn. "Person's Name", 4296 York Rd, New Oxford, PA 17350 and we will make sure they receive it.

FOOD VENDORS

Dickey's Barbeque, Rock-It Pizza, and Corn Cribb are at every racing event, located in the front courtyard area.

Additional vendors include: Bricker's Famous French Fries, MacStack, Shorty's Funnel Cakes, 2Delicious.

GENERAL ADMISSION RULES

You MUST adhere to all state and federal laws while on speedway property
Children 15 & under must be accompanied by an adult general admission holder into the track
No coolers larger than 18"
No glass containers
No pets

No oversized stadium chairs allowed on premises (chairs which prohibit the comfort of people around you)
V.I.P.s (Very Intoxicated Persons) will be removed without refund at security's discretion
No fireworks on speedway property other than those we provide for entertainment
No uninsured unregistered vehicles (DMV that is!). Insured Exceptions: 1. Golf carts within speed limits, 2. Track or sanctioning body vehicles, 3. Motorized handicapped vehicles
No ATV's

GLASS BOTTLES

No glass containers are permitted on speedway property, both grandstand and pit areas.

LIVE STREAMING

BAPS Motor Speedway is a private property and we have the right to restrict recording of our live events unless contracted through the speedway for pay-per-view circumstances. No cell phone or other recordings can be placed on social media during that event's program. any violation of this policy will result in confiscation of said recording and asking you to vacate the premises.

MAIN CONCESSION STAND

Hamburger/Cheeseburger, Hot Dogs, French Fries, Nachos, Epex Soft Pretzels, Pizza Burgers, Chicken Tenders, Walking Tacos.

P.A. ANNOUNCEMENTS

With time permitting, we will try to announce your special message (birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc.). Please email or fax to the speedway offices.

PARKING

Parking at the BAPS Motor Speedway is free except for the "Preferred Parking" located at the front of the speedway near the gate.

All Reserved Parking spots are clearly marked. If you park in a reserved area belonging to someone else, your vehicle may be towed at your expense. If you are interested in a reserved parking spot, call the Speedway Office during the week.

PAYOUT

Driver payouts are only available race nights up to 30 minutes after the last race is completed. Payouts will not be given to any team without a yearly W9 completed for the driver/team. If changes are made in driver/number/team, please complete and correct a W9.

All driver payouts will be forfeited if not picked up within 60 days on that event.

PETS

No pets are allowed in the grandstand. Pets are allowed in the pits if they are confined to the race car trailer and are on a leash.

PIT ACCESS RULES

Everyone entering the pits must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability. No Exceptions.
MINORS: Anyone under 18 may enter the pits, but must be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian. Minors must sign a Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release, as well as a parent must sign as well. This needs to be done only once per season.
MINOR DRIVERS: All minor drivers must have a completed and notarized minor waiver before racing. The form must be printed in color: https://www.bapsmotorspeedway.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=798631

RESTROOMS

Be sure to locate them before you go into the grandstand. They are located behind the main grandstand and near the turn 1 side of the grandstand.

SMOKING

No smoking in the main grandstands. Designated areas are located outside the main grandstand entrance or turn 1 and turn 4 of the grandstands down at the walkways.
