410 Sprint Car Dates Announced:
YORK HAVEN, Pa.: Sprint Car events have been a big part of the BAPS Motor Speedway’s schedule since Scott Gobrecht and the new management team took over before the start of the 2016 season.
That commitment got bigger a year ago, and with the success of the shows, it only makes sense that the speedway is rolling out another healthy slate. And like last season, there is a local and national presence.
The 2026 BAPS Motor Speedway schedule will feature 11 full-blown 410 Sprint Car shows. The highlight of the schedule will be the Pennsylvania Speedweek event on Sunday, June 28th, which will feature a $12,000 payday to the winner and the Bricker’s Bash featuring the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series on July 29th.
“The Sprint Car events have become a big part of the schedule at the speedway,” General Manager Kolten Gouse said. “We value our weekly Saturday programs as the foundation of what we do, and the Sprint Car events have added to that.
“We’ve gotten a great response from fans about these 410 Sprint Car shows, and when we were able to get a Pennsylvania Speedweek and the World of Outlaws event, I think it helped the profile of all of our shows. We are hoping to grow these events this upcoming season and in the future.”
The opener for the 410 Sprint Car division takes place on Sunday, March 15th. FK Rod Ends will sponsor the 410 Sprint Car-358 Late Model event. Two weeks later, the 410 Sprints and 358 Sprints will be on the card for a Sunday, March 29th double.
One of the more popular shows at the speedway is when the 358 Modifieds join the 410 Sprints on a single program. The two divisions will partner up on April 12th for CH Recovery Night at the track.
May will be a busy month for the 410 Sprints, as two shows land on the season-long schedule. On May 3rd, the Super Sportsman will join the 410 Sprints. There will also be a 410 non-winner’s race. Two weeks later, it will be another installment of the 410 and 358 Sprints on May 17th.
One of the more interesting programs on the schedule takes place June 7th. It’s the Eagle Air Aviation $5 Keystone Nationals, an exciting promotion that allows fans to enter the grandstand to see the 410 Sprints and Extreme Stocks for just $5 at the gate.
BAPS Motor Speedway's involvement with the newly-formed PA Posse 410 Sprint Series takes place the same night as J&S Classics Pennsylvania Speedweek. The World of Outlaws invade the speedway to highlight the July 28th program.
Fall hits the speedway in September, which means it's time for the prestigious York Excavating Kevin Gobrecht Classic. The September 19th show will also be a PA Posse 410 Sprint Car Series event with the winner of the main event receiving $8,000. The Super Sportsman are also on the card.
A month later, the EK Services Britton Finkenbinder Memorial will take place on October 24th. It will also feature the 358 Sprints. The season closes out on November 14th with the prestigious Sprint Showdown, an event that also includes the popular 358 Modifieds. Both events will be part of the PA Posse Series.
“We tried to diversify the schedule as much as possible with our 410 Sprint Car events,” Gouse said. “Putting different support classes on our 410 shows showcases those divisions on a big stage with central Pennsylvania’s premier class.
“We are excited by the schedule. There are different promotions, and the $5 event in June is growing fast and could be one of our biggest shows of the year. We are looking forward to every date on the 2026 schedule.”
