Edkin & Dietz Highlight Victory Lane
Chase Dietz made the most of his front row starting spot, jumping out to the early lead and never looking back as he wired the field to pick up the victory. Dietz was smooth and consistent through traffic, setting the pace from the drop of the green and controlling the race from start to finish.
Danny Dietrich kept the pressure on throughout the closing laps, throwing a couple of late race slide jobs in an attempt to steal the lead, but Dietz was able to withstand the challenge and maintain control. Dietrich settled for a hard-fought second, while Logan Schuchart advanced from his sixth starting position to finish third.
Rounding out the top five were Cameron Smith in fourth and Brady Bacon in fifth. A strong field of 26 410 sprint cars filled the pit area, showcasing a competitive night of racing from start to finish.
A total of 19 Super Sportsman signed into the pit area, setting the stage for a competitive feature event. Chad Baker, fresh off a win in the non-winners race, jumped out front and led the opening 10 laps, showing early strength as he paced the field.
Starting back in eighth, Kenny Edkin methodically worked his way through the pack, taking over the top spot and driving on to the victory. Jay Fannasy finished second, with Chad Baker settling for third after leading early. Blake Brooks and Scott Dellinger rounded out the top five in a hard-fought race.
